S & C invites adults from all walks of life to join our dance classes and enhance their dancing skills in a fantastic environment designed just for you. Whether you’re a complete beginner, an intermediate dancer, or an advanced enthusiast, join us to improve your dance skills with our experienced instructors.
Our dance lessons for adults are held weekly on a scheduled day and time at our stunning location in Gate Avenue, DIFC, and you can join at any point during the year.

It’s challenging to provide a specific timeframe as it depends on your individual abilities and goals. However, from our experience, we can say that you should be able to perform some basic dance routines after a few classes.
The duration of your dance course depends on your personal goals. After attending for a minimum of 3 months, your lessons can continue on an ongoing basis until you are satisfied with your dance skills or unable to continue your education. We need four teaching weeks for you to stop your dance classes. We do also have flexible options available without commitment for students who need a more flexible solution.
